Orders from institutions are acceptable by phone, fax, or mail. (See payment and pre-payment terms below for foreign institutions.)

Individuals must prepay (see below).

PAYMENT TERMS: Payment must be in US$. Customers outside the USA must pay in US$ drawn on any New York city bank. (Hundreds of foreign banks have New York city representation.) Checks, international money orders, and electronic deposits are preferred.

PREPAYMENTS: Individuals must prepay. We reserve the right to require prepayment for orders from outside the USA.

SHIPPING: We can provide shipping information for orders shipped outside the USA so that prepayment amount can be quoted.

Domestic orders over $200 if prepaid will be shipped free of shipping charges only if shipped as UPS (United Parcel Service) regular ground service. We use UPS as our main carrier for ground service. Air shipments can be via UPS and other known carriers.

Requested use of the Postal Service will incur a charge for delivery to the local post offices. Minimum charge: $10.00.
