Dale has worked as a Registered Art Therapist for over 20 years. Through N.E.A.T.I. she offers individual therapy for children and adults, supervision, and consulting in art therapy. She has developed a comprehensive mentoring/coaching process for personal/professional development. She is also the Vice President of the Center for Creative Consciousness, an organizational development consultant, and a multimedia artist.

Guillermo has extensive experience in the fields of art, creative behavior, and Gestalt and family therapies. He is an organizational development consultant to Fortune 500 companies and others addressing culture change and diversity; president of the Center for Creative Consciousness; and an artist.
