UPO’s extensive network of agencies, organizations, and special programs, provide core neighborhood services throughout the District of Columbia. These services, which are operated by independent grantees or directly by UPO, may include specialized hotlines, senior citizens services, child care services, and neighborhood activities. Others services are substance abuse prevention, youth programs, services for homeless families, health related activities, and specialized transportation.
