Objectives and Rationale

The United States-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce (USACC) is proud to announce its Fifth Annual Conference and Exhibition. The USACC is pleased to invite you to participate in this important event, which is scheduled to take place on March 7, 2002 at the Renaissance Washington DC Hotel.

Azerbaijan is facing a future with vast potential and immense challenges. By bringing together key decision makers, from both the private and public sectors, the USACC Fifth Annual Conference and Exhibition will provide a unique forum that will help shape Azerbaijan’s future development.

The conference is designed as an interactive, senior-level discussion on Azerbaijan’s political and economic transformation, promoting the exchange of ideas and outlooks among the various players in the region. Segmented into panel sessions, the conference will deal with current developments in, and future prospects for, Azerbaijan’s various sectors. Executives from corporations with experience in Azerbaijan will share their insights and discuss the conditions and constraints of conducting business in Azerbaijan.

In addition, the USACC maintains a new element in the upcoming conference program: an Exhibition Hall, which will allow greater visibility for companies at the event.

The event will undoubtedly prove to be an invaluable experience for all participants, as it will offer an extraordinary opportunity to receive the latest information on Azerbaijan and the Caspian region, to meet with the key policy-makers in the Azerbaijani Government, and to make the contacts needed to succeed in Azerbaijan’s market.

We invite you to submit early registrations and begin preparations for this unprecedented event.

YOU ASKED FOR IT… YOU GOT IT!

For the third time in the United States, an Azerbaijan-focused exhibition

The United States-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce (USACC) presents an exhibition in the U.S. of Azerbaijani and foreign companies doing business in Azerbaijan. Companies will obtain the unique opportunity to market their products and services during the USACC’s Fifth Annual Conference and Exhibition, a high-profile function.

WHY YOU WANT TO EXHIBIT AT THE USACC CONFERENCE

As Azerbaijan develops a highly-competitive business environment, the USACC continues to work towards raising your company’s visibility. Don’t miss out on this chance to show Azerbaijanis how your company can make a difference in their country. Consider the following:

  • By exhibiting to a targeted audience, you actually save on the expense of scattershot advertising and cold calls.
  • The conference will be hosting some 10 exhibits only, which means you will not remain unnoticed and will be able to gain the most exclusive and highest visibility at the function.
  • This year’s conference features senior level delegation from Azerbaijan, which means you will be marketing to decision makers at the top.
  • An exhibition opportunity of this kind will allow you to develop a rapport with Azerbaijanis and prospective customers in the US, which is often the first step in ensuring a long-term business relationship.
  • According to industry research, it costs almost twice as much to close on a field sale as on a trade show lead.
  • You cannot afford to be passive while your competitors reach out to a valuable group of potential customers and government officials.
